Giesen Wine Dinner

Enjoy an evening of New Zealand wines as Executive Chef James Woodfork prepares and presents a custom four course menu paired with Giesen wines.  Neal Sachman, Pacific Highway Wine & Spirits Senior Team Leader will join us as guest speaker to discuss the evening’s pairing.  The evening will begin with a reception of passed appetizers and the first pairing at 6:30 p.m., followed by the first seated course at 7:00 p.m.  The dinner is priced at $85.00 per person, plus tax (not including gratuity).  For more information or to make a reservation, please call Stephanie at 630-368-9400
